LenaNN Children's Clothes Collections by Lena Nyqvist-Nykanen
		I design and produce unique collections of children's clothes in a small southern French village, Bugarach, which is situated 70 kilometres south of Carcassonne. I am originally Finnish-Swedish, born in Helsinki in Finland. I started my career in London, where I lived more than a decade in the 1990s. I settled in France 5 years ago with my husband and our 3 children. I use the best materials available; 100 % cotton and linen for the summer collections; felt, wool and fleece for winter clothes and hats. High handmade quality is guaranteed in my production. The products of my LenaNN Children's Clothes Collections are hardwearing, comfortable to use and machine washable. They follow the tradition of Nordic/Scandinavian craftsmanship with a French and European twist. My collections are almost tailor-made; the series often limited, because I choose the fabrics myself from the special markets in Catalonia and South-West France from their seasonal stocks.
